2nd Annual Cracklin’ Cook-Off

Cracklin’ Cook-Off Rules
-
Each contestant must be at least 18 years of age.
-
Each contestant must pay a $20.00 entry fee.
-
Contestants must cook a minimum of 15-20 lbs. of Cracklin’ Fat.
-
Each contestant may only cook during the required contest times.
-
Each contestant may begin cooking at or after 7 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019
and must be finished prior to judging at 12 p.m.
-
Each contestant is required to turn in Cooked Cracklin’s in the bag provided by
the Hogskin Holidays Cracklin’ judges, no later than 11:45 a.m.
-
Cracklin’s will be judged on taste, texture, and appearance.
