How to Become a Hogskin Sponsor
The Hogskin Holidays Festival and Cook-Off Committee invite you to partner with the people of Calhoun County to make the 2009 Hogskin Holidays Festival the best ever. Hogskin holidays has grown from a celebration of the heritage of Calhoun County to a festival with regional appeal. Since 1992, on the second weekend in April, several thousand people crowd to the Calhoun County Courthouse Square and the fairgrounds in Hampton to enjoy this special event. Depending on your business, these people are more than likely your friends, customers, or employees. The festivities include a parade, Pork Bar-B-Que Cook-Off, a carnival, arts and crafts, delicious food, entertainment and many other activities that showcase our heritage.
As you might imagine, corporate sponsorship is very important to the continued success of a festival of this magnitude. So how can you help? Hogskin Holidays Festival and Cook-Off is a non-profit organization. I am inviting you to become one of our Corporate Sponsors. In an effort to give you more value for your advertising dollar, we are offering three different levels of sonsorship. Below is a list of the three levels of sponsorship and their respective values.
THE BOSS HOGS
CONTRIBUTION LEVEL - $1,000
Every corporate sponsor in THE BOSS HOGS category will be recognized in all media coverage. A sign will be displayed beside the event stage or at a particular event they choose to sponsor. They are listed on the back cover of the Souvenir Festival Program and on the back of the Festival Brochure. In addition, THE BOSS HOGS will get a free FULL page ad in the Souvenir Festival Program and special advertising on the courhouse square that begins when your commitment is confirmed.
THE ROOTERS
CONTRIBUTION LEVEL - $500
Every Corporate sponsor in THE ROOTERS category will receive a sign displayed in the general area of the event stage or at a particular event they choose to sponsor. They are listed on the inside back cover of the Souvenir Festival program, and on the inside of the Festival Brochure. THE ROOTERS will also get a free HALF page ad in the Souvenir Festival Program and special advertising on the courthouse square, that begins when your commitment is confirmed.
THE SHOATS
CONTRIBUTION LEVEL - $250
Every Corporate sponsor in THE SHOATS will receive a sign displayed in the general area of the event stage or at a particular event they choose to sponsor. The sponsors in THE SHOATS category will be listed on the inside back cover of the Souvenir Festival Program and on the inside of the Festival Brochure. Your special advertising on the courthouse square also begins when your commitment is confirmed.
